Advertising & Integrated Services: Public Relations Services. Services available under this vehicle include, but are not limited to providing customized media and public relation services such as the development of media messages and strategies; providing recommendations of media sources for placement of campaigns; preparing media materials such as: background materials, press releases, speeches and presentations and press kits. Other related services may fall under the following categories:
- Conducting press conferences
- Scheduling broadcast and/or print interviews
- Press, public relations and crisis communications
- Training of agency personnel to deal with media and media responses

GSA-Advertising & Integrated Marketing Solutions (AIMS) GS-23F-0405K
Advertising services provided under this GSA contract promote public awareness of an agency's mission and initiatives, enable public understanding of complex technical and social issues, disseminate information to industry and consumer advocacy groups, and engage in recruitment campaigns. Public relations services include, but are not limited to, the development of media messages and strategies; providing recommendations of media sources for placement of campaigns; preparing media materials such as: background materials, press releases, speeches, presentations and press kits.
Counter Narco-Terrorism Program Office (CNTPO)
The Department of Defense (DoD) is an integral part of the national commitment to reduce trafficking in illegal narcotics and material that supports global terrorist activities. Consistent with National Drug Control Policy and Public Law, the DoD Counter-Narcoterrorism Technology Program Office (CNTPO) has the lead for developing technology for interagency and multinational operations to disrupt, deter and deny narcoterrorist activities.
CECOM RAPID RESPONSE (CR2)
CECOM Rapid Response (C2R) Program was awarded in January 2003 and is valid through January 2011. The contract is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract and is administered by the US Army Communications and Electronics Command (CECOM). This program streamlines the acquisition process, enabling any federal agency to quickly obtain the engineering and manufacturing support needed for new and existing weapon systems, subsystems, platforms, communications, electronic warfare, and information systems.
Seaport-e
SeaPort-e is the Navy's electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, the United States Marine Corp, and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA). The SeaPort-e portal provides a standardized, efficient means of soliciting offers from amongst the diverse population of large and small businesses and their approved team members. All task orders are competitively solicited, awarded and managed using the SeaPort-e platform. Since nearly 85% of its contract-holders are small businesses, the SeaPort-e approach to acquiring services provides opportunity that fuels the Nation’s engine of job growth. SeaPort-e provides an efficient and effective means of contracting for professional support services and enhancing small business participation.
Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA)
Through this contract with our partner Logistics Management Institute (LMI), TRG can provide Mission Support Services to the Washington Headquarters Service (WHS), OSD and potentially other Department of Defense offices supported by the WHS Acquisition and Procurement Office (A&PO). Through this contract, we can provide a broad range of non-personal, professional, and executive-level mission support services including information technology support; planning, preparation, execution and administrative support to executive committee meetings and conferences; policy development, interpretation, and implementation; public relations and outreach; and research and analysis of modeling and simulation topics to support OUSD AT&L offices.
