The COVID crisis in India worsens. The World should come together. Each country willing to help should be assigned a state or a territory and be the sole provider of PPE, Testing, ventilators, oxygen and vaccines. This will curtail corruption & accelerate delivery.As almost 200 fishing ships close in on a reef (Juan Felipe) claimed by the Philippines, one wonders how much Beijing cares of the environment for real, as it continues to support over fishing, here and in the Eastern Pacific.
